They were very helpful. They let us look at and test drive several different cars. They were not pushy and help us get a good price for the car. They also fixed rear wiper blade and tire sensor gauge, after we purchased the car.
I came in looking to buy a 2008 Toyota Sequioa for my family. We test drove it, had it looked at, and although there were some things that needed to be fixed, we were still interested. Chris told us the all those things "would be taken care of". They were not. Promise after promise, excuse after excuse is all I got from Jessica Hilliard and Charles Lopes. They did not follow through and complete any of the customer service items that were their responsiblity. The quality of the work done on the car was non-existent because none of the items they were going to have to pay to fix ever got fixed. In fact, the car did not even pass inspection and still they sold it to me. They do not follow their own policies and procedures, nor do they complete work they say they complete, or provide the paperwork to document anything. My overall experience has been horrible and I hope that nobody ever has to deal with what I am going through. And yes, I am still trying to get Jessica, Charles, and Chris to follow through and do the things they agreed to, even though I have had the car for a week now.
Chris Purcell was friendly and honest on the phone. Sight unseen, he told me he thought we were "in the ballpark" in terms of my expectations on a trade. I am glad I followed through and visited McGee.
Julianne was prompt, friendly, and attentive throughout the process. She made the usually painful experience of shopping for a car a delightful one. Julianne was also very honest and personable. She was perfectly comfortable talking about cars or talking about her family, and when she didn't know an answer to a car question, she admitted as much.
Charles was honest, patient, and respectful, not qualities I usually associate with an auto sales manager. We arrived at a deal because he was very understanding.
Trouble getting keys, trouble using warranty, being told nothing is wrong with car when other more trusted shops already diagnosed that there is a problem, which is tie rods and a broken engine mount.Never would have bought my car from McGee Toyota if I knew it would be serviced here. Had to make 3 trips to the service department the first 2 weeks I had the car. If they had listened to me the first time, it would have been one trip. If I didn't have the extended warranty,I would never return to this place,
After a horrible experience at Sullivan Brothers Dealership in Kingston I went to Mcgee. I had looked up the Toyota Rav4 I wanted and found one at a much more reasonable price at McGee. I stopped in the dealership after work one evening. I was greeted by the manager Chris who was very friendly. I explained my situation and frustration with Sullivan Brothers after purchasing 3 cars from them. Chris asked me if he could meet my needs would I consider buying from them. I said that is why I am here. I was introduced to Julianne and she and I quickly got acquainted. I expressed my interest in which Rav4 I was interested and within ten minutes I was driving it. The test drive went great. I was excited. They showed me a car that was barely broken in with 29,000 miles on it versus 48,000 that was on the one at Suliivan Brothers that was also involved in a "minor" accident. McGee's price was also $3500 less!
With less than perfect credit, I was able to purchase the car I so wanted thanks to the fabulous team at McGee. From being welcomed the moment I walked in by Chris to a great sales person named Julianne who outdid herself and pulled through and got my loan for me. She worked long and hard with the finance person there and helped get me my loan. Charlie was great in assisting with the paperwork. The entire team at McGee was awesome and I cannot thank you enough. I am so satisfied with my purchase and even more excited about the great experience I had at the dealership. I am not fond of buying cars, but they managed to change my outlook on car buying. Thank you to all of you!!!!
Melinda (one happy customer)
McGee has the best price around. I bought the 2009 E350 & Julianne, Charlie, Tommy, & Nigel was great. Tommy found a great rate for financing, but I got a call from Nigle a couple days after the purchase w/ a better rate...Very pleased. Thank you all!!
My husband and I had a very nice experience. Our last experience was not great at all and I really was not looking forward to purchasing another car but from the moment we arrived until we left we felt no pressure and were approached with the utmost friendliness and courtesy.
I went to McGee Pre-Owned Superstore in Pembroke to test drive and purchase a vehicle. The car I wanted wasn't at their dealership it was over a mile down the street at another dealership in Hanover. They were really nice at first then they became inconsiderate and rude. Courtney only let me test drive the car for 4 minutes then she insisted on going back to the dealership.
They made me wait 3 hours while "their computers were down" to see what was the best deal they could offer. They kept asking me if I want to sign and commit to the contract before I even had a chance to consider and make a good decision. Charles and Courtney lied to me telling me I wouldn't have to wait long and that they would give me more for my trade than they eventually offered me and they said the APR was going to be lower than it was in the contract they wanted me to sign so bad. When I reviewed the contract they presented to me I walked out and left...
I found out they write reviews of themselves to make their dealership look better, which are most of the good reviews they get. They do not really care about their customers or helping them save money, all they really care about is themselves and making as much money as they can. My advice to anyone looking to buy a new or used car is go to Route 44 in Raynham, most of those dealerships are a lot better and that is where I bought my car from.
Nilton and the rest of the staff were great. They made every effort to try to work the numbers to get us into the car we wanted. Nilton made follow up calls to keep us up to date with the finance process and to make sure we were pleased with the car. Nilton was very personable and such a pleasure to work with. Thanks and Good Luck in the Future, Nilton
The staff was great and they made every effort to try to work the numbers to get you into the car you wanted. They made follow up calls to make sure you were pleased with the car. They were truely authentic in their concern for your satisfaction of the car you just purchased.
Bottom line, Well Done!
